RETURN POLICY
1) LOST PACKAGES
We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to their destination. If your order is marked as delivered and is lost at the final destination, we will not replace your order.

2) REFUNDS
Hagale Pues Accesorios does not offer any refunds.

3) EXCHANGES (If applicable)
• All items on sale are final sale and are not eligible for return.

• We only replace defective or damaged items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging.

• Exchanges for broken or damaged parts have up to 3 days maximum after arrival.

• We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Important: You are responsible for paying for your own label and return shipping costs.

SHIPPING POLICY
The STANDARD shipping method is by USPS for domestic shipments only in the United States.
Shipping has an additional cost of 3 dollars to the purchase, and can go up to 25 accessories in that weight.
In Elizabeth New Jersey we have free home deliveries
Free shipping on purchases over $75
We accept returns for less than 30 days and with sending a photo with the damage
Our shipments are processed from Monday to Friday, they take 3 to 5 business days to reach the destination.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.
The customer assumes the cost of shipping.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
No final sale.
